COOPERATION – Creating Solution-Focused Working Environments

Designed for managers and staff at all organisational levels, this training programme teaches you the skills required to create co-operative and energising working environments. It is a synthesis of the authors’ more than three decades of experience in leadership training and organisational development in Finland as well as internationally.

The training programme consists of six three-hour meetings and includes assignments to be carried out at the workplace in between the sessions. It ends with a follow-up meeting that takes place some weeks after the final session.To ensure the highest quality of training, Ben Furman and Tapani Ahola require that each participant is provided with a personal copy of this handbook and that the trainer is certified to teach the programme.
